ERS Spectrum
Knowing your peers have faced similar challenges can be reassuring. Learning from their experiences and insight can be a tremendous help as you deal with those challenges yourself.
ERS Spectrum, a highly respected quarterly journal, offers practical research conducted by school district administrators detailing their own experiences. It also contains practically oriented, school-focused research conducted by the academic community, as well as data relevant to public school operations from authors outside the education field.
ERS Spectrum articles can be purchased individually at EdReadySearch.org.
Interested in submitting articles to ERS Spectrum? ERS welcomes manuscripts for Spectrum from all sources. Manuscripts from practicing school administrators dealing with research and educational programs in their local school districts are especially appropriate for publication. Spectrum publishes original research and information of interest to school district decision makers on such topics as school management, student issues, school policy, finance, employee relations, instructional programs, and related areas.
